Coffee Break Spanish offers free and quick (15-20 minute) lessons on how to speak Spanish (using the language of Mainland Spain) via iTunes.

Lessons are well-paced and entertaining; I think Gartner would give her Seal of Approval to the host of Coffee Break Spanish because he too believes in the value of REPETITION as a learning tool!
